Shipping and Returns
All our packages are shipped via United States Postal Service, upon check out you will be given various shipping options to choose from.
Options for Domestic Shipping:
First Class Mail (3-5 business days)
Priority Mail (1-3 business day)*
Express Mail (1-day to major locations in the United States)
*When shopping cart value is over $50 USD. It is recommend that you have the items shipped priority mail.
Envelope Mail (2-3 weeks) small items only*
First Class Mail International (2-3 weeks)
Priority Mail International (6-10 days)
Express International (3-5 days)
*If you are ever over-charged on shipping; we will immediately refund you the shipping difference. This is only for those who are charged first class mail pricing INTL but are eligible for envelope mail INTL.
Tracking information will be provided to your email once shipping labels are created. Our processing time is 1-2 business days. If you did not receive a tracking number, please use the "contact us" page or log into your paypal and check the "transaction" section on your payment. Your log in account to the store can also provide your tracking information.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES OR TARIFFS THAT MAY INCUR WHEN SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES FROM YOUR DOOR STEP! if your item is confirmed as delivered at your doorstep, we will not offer a refund for your items. If you are a reoccurring customer we will offer partial refund depending on the circumstance. If items are delivered to apartment, you are responsible for the security of your package.
We have never had an incident where the post office deemed a package delivered and it wasn't, please check with a neighbor if they possibly received your mail by accident.

We will only accept returns if the package has been unopened and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for covering shipping charges on an item that is being return.
We cover shipping charges if the customer receives the incorrect item. We are not responsible if the buyer purchases the incorrect item. items that are damaged, an email with a photo attachment of the damage is necessary. We thoroughly inspect all our items before they are sent out.
Returns will only be accepted within 15-30 days from purchase date.
